As my first project involving direct client interaction, this was a very positive experience. Having direct contact with the client allowed me to act as my own manager. The client was highly cooperative and accommodating of my limited experience, making it an overall excellent experience! Handling every aspect of this project, from billing to stakeholder meetings, was an invaluable experience for me. The client's eagerness to collaborate fostered excellent communication, which was crucial for the project's success. It was my first time logging my hours and creating spreadsheets to calculate my rates, teaching me essential skills for working directly with clients. I can now directly benefit from these experiences!

For my trial IPA (Individual Practical Work), I updated the website of a Swiss company operating a tourism business in Costa Rica to the latest standards. The trial IPA is fundamentally structured according to the same guidelines as the actual IPA. Through this work, I was able to gain valuable insights for my final project. These include aspects of time management, the development of user testing, and the resulting insights for improvements.
